If I click to yes ....it works.
You are using a self signed certificate I assume? You have to do:
Start Menu->Run->iexplore http://whatever.your.dovecotserver.is:993
and install the certificate in your wallet. Now why Outlook couldn't give you an option to do that itself, I don't know...
