These patches try to tell kernel when mail files are wanted to be read and when they're wanted out of memory, so the memory could be used for more important things such as index files.
I'd like to hear if someone sees any actual changes (for better or worse) in the system load because of this.
I'm not sure if I should add this to v1.1 and if it should be enabled by default.
