Yes... I'm seeing this with the Apple mail client on Tiger. Our server is alpha 5/maildir/solaris 9/75 users. The apple user with the problem typically has more that one client open. He tends to leave his home PC connected when he comes in to work. He was able to resolve the last occurrence by closing all clients and resynching his mailboxes. We've also seen this problem on Solaris 9 running Mozilla 1.7.2 and Windows XP running outlook and evolution. These other clients have not seen a problem in over a month. The Apple user has problem every week.
One interesting observation on this problem is that it will go away by itself given enough time. It seems that after a few hours to a full day it will go away.

Hi.
I'm getting very weird behaviour with Apple Mail on Tiger and 1.0alpha5 (with Timo's patch for the bug I saw).
I can read a mail, see Apple Mail flag it as read, quit, come back later, and find the mail is marked unread again. It seems to also happen sometimes when I switch folders or get new mail.
I've not worked out what's triggering it yet. Anyone seen anything like this?
