Jesse Vincent has already written an RT <=> SVN layer:
http://search.cpan.org/~jesse/RT-Integration-SVN-0.03/so there isn't anything that trac can do that RT can't do now or soon (there has been recent discussion on integrating KWiki with RT, or rather RTFM).
