It shows it - and 'plugin: convert_mail: mbox:%h/%u/mail' I also changed it in dovecot/conf.d/01-dovecot-postfix.conf
That is not helpful... when asked for dovecot -n output, please post the FULL output, not some copy/paste plus your evaluation of what you see.
