[Dovecot] Statistics

I can't find this "detailed statistics" plugin, I only found this: http://www.dovecot.org/patches/2.0/stats-plugin.c

But it only seems to add a "stats" IMAP command.

Please can somebody confirm or give me a link to this plugin ? I really need to identify "heavy" users,so this plugin may be really usefull for me.
