Documentation flaw: man-page link.

Hi,

The man-pages also contain good descriptions of doveadm commands.
Man-pages can be accessed online at e.g.
https://wiki.dovecot.org/Tools/Doveadm

That wiki page says

Our primary documentation is now at https://doc.dovecot.org, please
update your links.

But I was at https://doc.dovecot.org to start with and there is no obvious mention of man pages there.

This needs tidying up to avoid the loop and ideally provide man pages.
