I got the same problem today, anyone have the this problem? Started few minutes ago.
My pop3 server have this uidl setting:
pop3_uidl_format = %f and the version 2.0.12, not changed anything in the last monts and got today this problem with lots of clients.
Looking for more info.

is it posibble prevent clients redownload emails with pop3 ?
