No, it is not only you receiving duplicated messages. It has started again today with the mail(s) by Michal Hlavinka asking about the cap_net_admin capability.
The suspicious doubled messages contain and addressing to a local.dovecot newsgroup and have the mail header "Newsgroups: local.dovecot".
