Probably I've overlooked something. But a quick search in hg log -k doveadm didn't show appropriate information.
doveadm mailbox list -u user@example.com doesn't show child mailboxes.
mailbox = N/A || \*: Sent Trash INBOX Drafts Junk-E-Mail Supplier
mailbox = Supplier*: Supplier
mailbox = Supplier/*: Supplier/Dell Supplier/VMware Supplier/…
The same problem exists in doveadm mailbox status
