use imapsync ?
No, that doesn't work, since Exchange doesn't accept the folder names.
OK, in some cases one can use
--regextrans2 "s/Sent$/Sent Items/g"
--regextrans2 "s/Drafts$/Entw&APw-rfe/g"
--regextrans2 "s/spam$/Junk-E-Mail/g"
--regextrans2 "s/(.*) $/$1/g" \but that cannot handle leading & trailing spaces in the foldernames
in intermediate foldernames... It can fix:
"INBOX.foo " but can't fix "INBOX. foo. bar"
