Hi,
The point here is: doveadm replicate does not create mail location in both backends.
I have: # cd /var/run/dovecot/ # ls -l replicat* srw-rw-rw- 1 dovemail dovemail 0 May 14 19:44 replication-notify prw-rw-rw- 1 dovemail dovemail 0 May 22 14:28 replication-notify-fifo srw------- 1 dovecot root 0 May 14 19:44 replicator srw-rw-rw- 1 dovemail dovemail 0 May 14 19:44 replicator-doveadm
# ls -ld /var/lib/imap/user/ drwxr-xr-x 251 dovemail mail 4096 May 20 22:01 /var/lib/imap/user/ # ls -ld /var/lib/imap/user/6a drwx------ 14 dovemail dovemail 4096 May 22 00:02 /var/lib/imap/user/6a
These permissions are sufficient. Right? if I run manually: doveadm sync -u <user> tcp:<ip-other-node>:<port> the directory /var/lib/imap/user/6a/<user> is created correctly
