Exclude shared mailboxes from replication

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to exclude shared mailboxes from replication.

I have userb@mydomain.com sharing mailboxes to usera@mydomain.com.

However, since both mailboxes already replicate to a backup server, I wonder if it is possible to exclude the replicated mailboxes from syncing.
