      I doubt there is a way to do that when using the SOGo web UI.

The issue was as a result of a config parameter for SOGo:
Changed
NGImap4ConnectionStringSeparator = "/";
to
NGImap4ConnectionStringSeparator = ".";
and the problem is solved.
