[Dovecot] vpopmail and proxy-* parameters (again)

Hello,

I'm using a patched version of passdb-vpopmail.c to use CRAM-MD5 on the director.

Today I updated the patch to 2.0.13.

It may be an edge-case but I think it could be useful for somebody else.
