[Dovecot] PLAIN.B64 Password Scheme Patch Missing in Dovecot 1.0.2

Hi.  This is imacat from Taiwan.  I've just downloaded the

newly-released Dovecot 1.0.2, but found that the PLAIN.B64 password scheme patch seems to be missing.
