I haven't tried the 2.0 rpms yet, but we were very happy with the 1.0/1.1/1.2 packages on centos
last time I checked there was a dovecot.spec in the root of the source.
Darn! :-( I forgot to check there. I did the last time I wanted the latest version but that was a long time ago. (A 1.1.x has been working just fine for my personal stuff.)
