[Dovecot] Auth(default): add one userdb - what does this mean?

I got dovecot to start but then I had to reboot and now Im receiving errors:

Apr 27 19:48:18 wadesmart dovecot: auth(default): You'll need to add at least one userdb

Im still following the steps from http://wiki.dovecot.org/BasicConfiguration
