Admittedly, it's not a valid folder name and dovecot is right in removing it:
Feb 28 17:50:05 postamt dovecot: imap(kbaessle): Warning: Subscriptions file /home/k/b/kbaessle/Maildir/subscriptions: Removing invalid entry: Entw�rfe
...but when looking at the subscription file AFTER the removal, that file contained an empty line. I don't think that's correct.
