For cmusieve there is nothing like that, but for the new libsieve - which is 100% compatible with cmusieve scripts to my knowledge. There had been a question like that in near past and an answer by Stephan Bosch.
The other alternative is, also in the archive, to redeliver the mail, aka calling Dovecot deliver for the message again.
