"Read the 'bug reports page' …" -> 404

Hi there,

while investigating how to possibly report issues to the Dovecot project I noticed that the link to the "bug reports page" in the "mailing list" section on dovecot.org is broken and leads to a 404.

https://www.dovecot.org/mailing-lists/ ->
"Read the 'bug reports page' before posting a bug report. …"

-> "The page you are looking for is not found"
