I see. INDEX=MEMORY is the problem, fixed: http://hg.dovecot.org/dovecot-2.0/rev/4f1b77b81cf3

(Why do you have indexes disabled anyway?) Because of too much errors "Corrupted index cache file ..." in logfiles.
