According to RFC 3848 you should not remove those headers. RFC 5321 (SMTP), Section 4.4. also says that trace information is mandatory to add and RFC 2033 (LMTP) makes no exception to this. If you do not like those headers, use LDA for local storage, it doesn't add any headers.
