[Dovecot] Sieve Filtering?

I am wanting to set-up some basic sieve filtering on our Dovecot 1.0b7 box. Is this possible in 1.0b7?

I'm completely new to sieve filtering so a basic dovecot sieve filtering how to would be fantastic!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
