[Dovecot] Forward and keep on snow leopard server

I am wanting to use a service which has to have a copy of the emails but they still need to be delivered to the users inbox. Which script and where does it need to be placed for this to work? I am not sure which version sls runs dovecot but I know that it also uses spamassasin.

If anyone can help that would be great.
