mxhost# cd /mail/user1/Maildir/.parser/ mxhost# ls -l new/ | wc -l 1016 mxhost# ls -l cur | wc -l 132342

64 MB cache file looks ok for 132k mails.

What can I do to get rid of this error?

Run "ulimit -f unlimited" before starting Dovecot.
