[Dovecot] config files

hi, now as dovecot can be more and more conf files it'd be better to move all of the to a same place under eg. /etc/dovecot/. or if this is a simple setup may be one /etc/dovecot.conf can be enough, but all other files in the examples and docs can point into /etc/dovecot/{sql.conf,acl,dict-quota.conf} etc. just my 2c. yours.
