[Dovecot] v1.2.rc5 imap ignores configuration reloads

Hi Timo,

after changing the mail_executable in the imap {…} section I have to restart Dovecot v1.2.rc5, otherwise the changes are not accepted. With Dovecot v1.1.x (tested with v1.1.11 and v1.1.16) it's enough to send a SIGHUP to the dovecot process.
