I have dovecot-2.2.36.4 (director) + 5 nodes dovecot (dovecot-2.2.36.4) What version of Solr do you recommend ?

Don't know about 2.2.36.4, but for 2.3.11.3 both solr-7.7.3 and solr-8.6.0 appear to work fine. I'm only running a small setup with a handful of users, though, so YMMV.
