Oh, right, this is the problem. You can't use %variables in
mail_location setting. They get expanded too early. Since you're
returning home anyway, use:
mail_location = maildir:~/

setting
mail_location = maildir:~/
does not change anything
mail is still not deleted, latest test were with 1.2.3
