If you see this as a functionality that could go into your plugin we would be willing to develop the patch based on any idea you have on how this should be done.
Hmm. I don't necessarily see that as a desirable feature because in the case that something is actually wrong with the spam tagging you want to notice it isn't working right. If you really need that, just don't set an error when it happens and do nothing, allowing the move.
