Running 1.0-alpha4 on Sarge, when I move a message with a blank subject from one mailbox into another, and then open that destination mailbox in Pine, Pine gives me the error "Unknown message data: 1001 FETCH", where 1001 is the UID of the message.

I couldn't reproduce this. Could you get rawlog of the traffic? (See bottom of http://dovecot.org/bugreport.html)
I can't reproduce it today either. I will send a log if I get the bug to show up.
