Seems like secured flag isn't passed to blocking passdb handler. Can you try attached patch ?

This patch indeed fixed it. Tested with all 4 protocols...

pop3 -> %c = '' pop3s -> %c = 'secured' imap -> %c = '' imaps -> %c = 'secured'
