Yes, the configuration parameters sieve and sieve_storage were merged with the settings in the plugin section. This is done to have all sieve-related config in the same location in the config file. The new README provides an explanation:

Are you using the automatic debian packages or did you compile from mercurial?

Hi Stephan, ok i see confs changed it was only a question , i am using automatic debian packs on ubuntu hardy 32 bit testing system, but i didnt get trough to test mangagesieve functions in 1.2 yet ,until i tested other dovecot features, i only wrote to get know if mangagesieve conf entries changed by having this fault logs about old parameters
