Small amendment...
if you ran
gpg --export > /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/dovecot.gpg
please run

Any reason not to do
curl https://repo.dovecot.org/DOVECOT-REPO-GPG | apt-key add -
Seems to work fine here.
2nd question :
For a stock Ubuntu 16.04 install, will adding this repo allow a clean upgrade ? These are the current packages :
dovecot-antispam 2.0+20150222-1build1 dovecot-core 1:2.2.22-1ubuntu2.4 dovecot-imapd 1:2.2.22-1ubuntu2.4 dovecot-lmtpd 1:2.2.22-1ubuntu2.4 dovecot-managesieved 1:2.2.22-1ubuntu2.4 dovecot-mysql 1:2.2.22-1ubuntu2.4 dovecot-sieve 1:2.2.22-1ubuntu2.4 dovecot-solr 1:2.2.22-1ubuntu2.4
Thanks for the repo - should make things much nicer !

Hi,
This repository does not work with Aptly. It seems "architecture" line is wrong in InRelease file (needs to be "Architectures:" instead of "Architecture:"). And "Components" instead of "Component".

So what options the package configured with? Does it include "--with-mysql" and "--with-solr"?

Great!
Now I am using Dovecot v2.2.3 install from source on CentOS7. (Config option: ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --with-mysql --libdir=/usr/lib64 --with-solr) If I add this new yum repo and do a "yum update", will it smoothly upgrade to v2.3? Will the update also take care the systemd service?
Thanks.

Thank you so much for this. Awesome!
When do you push the packages? Sometimes you do re-releases of the source tarballs if minor bugs are found, so I'm wondering if it would make sense to wait 1 week to release rpms? So you don't yum-autoupdate all installations with possibly faulty releases?
Thanks again.
