I also changed it in dovecot/conf.d/01-dovecot-postfix.conf

That is not helpful... when asked for dovecot -n output, please post the FULL output, not some copy/paste plus your evaluation of what you see.

"Show 'dovecot -n' output" means exactly that. You did not. It's very difficult to help you if you refuse to provide the information requested.
