Dovecot and archived compressed folder

Hello, I have large of archive mails which I access occasionally. Is it possible to have in dovecot in user account archive folder which is compressed to save disk space?

I haven't used it, but it sounds like the zlib plugin would do what you want:

Hello, yes I know about this plugin. But I don't know how to implement to have normal e-mails without compression and mail archive compressed by this zlib plugin.
