Dovecot (0.9.11) consumes 100% CPU utilisation when accessing (either pop or imap) one of my mailboxes. It doesn't happen with other mailboxes. The mailbox has about 500 mails while others have many more. They are all in mbox format.

I've noticed this using maildir, luckily we have an SMP server so it doesn't affect it to much, but obviously I would like to stop it.

Doesn't happen to all users and doesn't seem to be dependent on size of Maildir, sending SIGTERM makes it go away and then the user opens the mailbox again and I see normal CPU usage. However 3-4 hours later it will happen again.

Using FreeBSD 4.9 and dovecot-0.99.10.4, postfix 2.0.18 as MTA.

If theres any other info that would be useful (this is probably the most vauge description I can manage, but its all the info I have) then let me know and I can provide.
