I use a double deliverance root and user i use lda deliver dovecot authentification
and since the switch to 2.0.4 I encounter the problem that the box Maildir root for the name of the INBOX after passing sieve is the type root@nsXXXX.ovh.net

I don't really understand what you mean, but I guess you're describing the same problem that many others already did. The solution being: recompile + reinstall Pigeonhole.
the problem is solved by a simple relocation of rpm
