Hello,
I'm working on an implementation of a dict server. I've looked through all your documentation but can't seem to find how I can create the proper URI to direct the quota plugin to use a TCP socket instead of a UNIX socket. I'd appreciate any insight you can provide.

There is no tcp support currently in proxy dict, sorry.
