You probably only want alias forwards, so yes, I'd say you should do this entirely on Postfix side and nothing on Dovecot.

i want to use a passwd file for user configuration.. but how can i add emailadresses(multiple) to those users ? postfix -> dovecot

passwd looks like: test:{PLAIN}pass

there must be some kind of userdb right ? But i cant find any infos about that on the wiki
