You need to grep for "EX_" and/or "doveadm_exit_code".

I did determine that '65' happens when "Error: Can't create mailbox x: Mailbox already exists", but I've also received error 67, and the more mysterious error code 16640.

doveadm returns the sysexits.h error codes. 67 means "unknown user". 16640 (or anything above 127) means a crash or something.
