People who have had problems with downloading large mails, please try if this release helps.

Also fixed one mbox syncing crash and several compiler warnings/errors with some.

Not much else for now, been busy with work and other things..

So far so good, this seems to fix the IMAP freezing I was having with larger e-mails.
