Just did a few more fixes to index files. Do they help with anyone's problems?

• ACL plugin didn't work unless control dir was separate from maildir
• More index file handling fixes

as of now after 28 hours days of running rc19 I have not seen any index-related errors anymore.

I don't want to open a new thread on it, but with using mail_log plugin I see this log-entry every now and then:

Error: IMAP(rainer): Sending log messages too fast, throttling..
