Do you have reason to believe that the clients are issuing a delete command and that the mail is incorrectly being left on the server OR do they have a 'keep mail on server' option checked?

I'm sure thet they have 'keep mail on server' unchecked. When uw-ipop3d was used, mail was correctly deleted.
