dsync(testtest): Error: Failed to access mailbox INBOX.Test%TEST: Mailbox does not exist, or must be subscribed to.

Hmm. The attached patch fixes it, but I'm not sure yet if it breaks something else. Need to create some automated tests for imapc handling these various special characters..

Looks like it was a more complicated change to get it working correctly for all cases. These should fix everything:
