I know this is a n00b question but I've done my diligence...

Is there a way (Maildir not MBOX) to ONLY prohibit creation of folders under INBOX e.g. no INBOX.Fred allowed, but the user MAY create subfolders under other folders, e.g. Fred.Barney? We've discovered that when people create INBOX.anything it causes Outlook to go insane.
