I've merged the Mercurial repositories for Sieve and ManageSieve for Dovecot v2.0 into one repository:

This simplifies the build process significantly. It also allows tightly integrating the implementation of the script storage with the main Sieve library, enabling the possibility to implement alternate means of script storage, like for instance a SQL or LDAP database. Building ManageSieve is still optional as outlined in the INSTALL file.

The old v2.0 repositories will be archived soon. I'm slowly but surely progressing towards a first Pigeonhole release for Dovecot v2.0.
