[Dovecot] I'm a Fool
Hey All, Having issues with 2 Accounts who can't receive mail but can send mail and read it sucessfully by internal or external email accounts.
Any ideas what to do? Commands, Tricks, Tips, Permissions, Files etc etc?
Thanks

Dovecot has nothing to to with sending mail. Therefore, your question has no background information as to what's going on. You should give us some amplifying information such as what version Dovecot you are using, a brief synopsis of how the problem is encountered and what (if any) error messages are returned. Also, some relevant information from the maillog and/or the conf files would be helpful.

Not really much to go on. I'm using Debian's apt-get version. No Error message is received. The two account names are hostmaster and abuse i removed the forwarding in /etc/aliases but still didn't work.

What do you mean you removed the forwarding? If you edited /etc/aliases, did you run newaliases afterwards to regenerate aliases.db?
Are there real accounts called hostmaster and abuse? (i.e. does id hostmaster or id abuse return anything?)
