[Dovecot] can't rename folder whiten with non ASCI charters
Running dovecot 1.0.5 on Debian testing. I've just tried to create folder using Russian charters after that I'm tried to renamed it without luck. Folder removed and no new created and I still subscribed to old folder even its not exist anymore.

Sounds like a client problem/bug. Dovecot doesn't actually care what
characters are in your mailboxes, but they should be in IMAP's
modified UTF-7 format which looks like plain ASCII to Dovecot. Also
Dovecot isn't supposed to change subscriptions when a RENAME is done,
that's client's job.

I'm figure out problem was in settings in Thunderbird. Tools->Options->Display->Formating->Fonts->Incoming Mail-> Here should be correct encoding set, other than ISO-8859-1 is enough which is default if you are using English client instead of localized.
